Privacy policy
Information collected. Only what you enter in the information form: purpose and destination of the trip, dates, identity (surname, given names, date and place of birth), contact details (address, city, phone, email) and passport information (number and dates). No document needs to be uploaded to the site.
Use. Your information is used only to process your support request: acknowledgement of receipt by email, then contact from the agency on WhatsApp.
Protection. The site uses a secure connection, and access to the forms is restricted to the I-FANAMPI team by username and password.
Your rights. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information by writing to contact@ifanampi.com.
Terms of use
Purpose. This site lets you send an information form to I-FANAMPI and discover its visa assistance services.
Services. Visa information, file preparation, form completion, appointment assistance and follow-up until the final decision.
Limits. I-FANAMPI is not authorised to issue visas or to influence the outcome: the decision rests entirely with the consulate or the embassy.
Payment. It is made by MVola, after the agency has contacted you, outside the site.
Your commitment. The information provided in the form must be accurate and match your passport.
